Although having worked in only two companies, this
candidate shows a very successful career patern; starting in a
technical position, soon developed a broader outlook on business,
initially in marketing and sales and, in more recent years, in
general management. Achieved the top position of Chemistry Brasil
due exclusively to his excellent performance in all positions.
Extremely intelligent, he achieved outstanding academic results,
both in his graduation and master's courses. A quick thinker, he
frequently surprises with brilliant and very adequate argumentation.
Leadership - shown in all his work assignments. Is very well
referred by his colleagues, and has a good reputation with suppliers
and clients. Energy - has proved his ability to introduce and
enforce constant modifications to products and structures, always
with a view to improving final results. Has a stable family
life, and a comfortable financial and economic situation. Would
possibly welcome a new challenge, as there are rumors that Chemistry
International, the parent company, is seriously considering
withdrawing from operations in emerging countries (including Brazil,
despite the good results obtained here) and he has noticed their
lack of interest in further developments here, after the Board
changes effected in the USA in 1998. |
