In the phase of the selection, the main technique continues being the interview, used with a precise script, that allows the correct evaluation of the candidate.
The use of tests is reserved for specific situations and clearly needed. We recommend that this test are made in specialized offices. Our main tool of work, the EigPRO, allows a great index of rightness, beyond the clamping and backup information in an excellent database.
Bellow, we present the principles of a work methodology for a evaluation of the candidates profile with quality and consistence . During the interview the evaluated areas follow the script.
The evaluation is most complete possible. Beyond the forms that are generated in our system, it is included the candidates resume and other comparative data:
educational background, knowledge, experience, profile and thread of the candidates;
evaluation of the skills, professional evolution and consulter's commentaries;
summaries and comparative pictures about the presented candidates.
